If you are a writer, whether in fiction, poetry, editorial, or educational work, you may sometimes feel that the words you spend hours pouring into your journals are merely words, endless scribbling on a page.

But they are not merely words. You have been entrusted with a gift. Scribes can be mighty instruments in the hands of God, vessels

through which He communicates His heart and His mind to a generation.

As a scribe, you can write under the leading of the Holy Spirit, communicating the truths He illuminates through the Word. The writers of the scriptures spoke the mind of God, not the imaginations of their own hearts.

They were not concerned with becoming bestselling authors or recognized editors. Their devotion was to the law at the lips of God.

They gave themselves to the study of the sacred Law of God. They preserved it, interpreted it, and faithfully handed it down.

Consider Solomon. The Psalmists. Paul. Who could have known that their words would travel across centuries, becoming life-transforming streams that would instruct, convict, and inspire countless souls?

Your words are not ordinary. They can be Spirit-led and imbued with the power to give life. They can bring healing, renewal, and transformation.

The more you write, the more refined your craft becomes. The more you yield to the leading of the Holy Spirit, the greater the weight and power your words will carry.

Yield the gift you have to the Spirit today.

Words are powerful.

Words give life.

They are not "just words".

Your words are;

It is a creative ability.

It is a tool.

It is a gift.

It is a calling.

It is a weapon.

It is a vision of what was, what is, and what is to come.
